Description
Due to the special link of the Brotherhood of the True Cross with the Order of St. Domingo, the Dominican Fathers let this image to the Brotherhood for the Procession of the Pardon and the Prayer of the Garden (Holy Thrusday). It is a polychrome wooden work of the Palencia school of the mid-seventeenth century, made around 1656. During the year, this image is worshiped in a chapel dedicated in the church of the Dominican convent of St. Paul.
