HISTORY
Main Archconfraternity of Royal and Distinguished Slavery of Our Father Jesus of Medinaceli, located in Madrid, dates from 1710 with the title of "Royal Congregation", granted on September 2nd of that year. A year later the title was extended, becoming known as "Congregation of Jesus of Nazareth and of the Most Holy Trinity, Redemption of Captives", with the purpose of adding it to the Trinitarian Order, and thus enjoy its graces and privileges.
